Hello, I’m Kimberly, a dedicated Nurse Case Manager at Ascendant Health. I graduated with my Associates of Science in Nursing in 2017, and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing from Purdue Northwest University in 2019. My career journey has brought me to work bedside with adults and children on a Medical-Surgical Floor, with premature babies in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and with postpartum mothers and their babies. I transitioned into case management because of my unwavering passion for patient advocacy. I believe in delivering the highest standard of care to support my patients’ health and recovery. Outside of my professional life, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, reading a good book with a warm cup of coffee, and vacationing.
