My name is Angela and I am a Nurse Case Manager. My journey in healthcare began in high school, where I entered the field through a co-op program as a medical assistant. It was there, working directly with patients and being part of their healing process, that I discovered my passion for helping others. That early experience laid the foundation for what would become a deeply fulfilling career in nursing. Now, with nearly four years of experience as a registered nurse, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings including urgent care, vascular medicine, and pediatrics. Each of these specialties has shaped my clinical perspective and strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Today, I serve as a nurse case manager, where I combine my hands-on nursing experience with care coordination and advocacy. I’m dedicated to guiding patients through complex medical systems, ensuring they receive the right care at the right time, and helping them feel supported every step of the way. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my 2 dogs, Princess & Chico.
