My name is Mariana, and I am a Senior Nurse Case Manager at Ascendant Health. My background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Science from Wayne State University, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayne State’s CD2 program in 2022. I began my career in healthcare at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where I gained hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. In 2023, I expanded my career by concurrently joining Ascendant Health, where I combine my nursing expertise with case management to support patients on their healing journeys. My passion for helping patients heal and achieve better health outcomes is what motivates me every day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and exploring new experiences that contribute to both my personal and professional growth.
